The Site shares information about our programmes in education support, digital literacy and skill development, women empowerment, health & wellness camps, and social welfare initiatives, and may facilitate voluntary donations. You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use automated tools (bots/scripts) to access the Site without authorization.
• Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content (e.g., malware, defamation, hate speech).
• Use Site content for commercial solicitation without prior written permission.

We strive to ensure the information displayed is accurate and current; however, project details, collaborations, and outcomes may evolve over time. We reserve the right to update or modify any content without prior notice. Programme areas presently focus on Delhi and adjacent regions as per our organisational plan.

3. Donations and Payment Terms

Donations made through the Site or authorised channels directly support our charitable activities. All donations are voluntary and, by default, non-refundable given immediate allocation to programmes and beneficiaries. If a genuine transaction error occurs (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, gateway error, or unauthorised debit), you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof. Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method. Tax/acknowledgment receipts, once issued, generally cannot be reversed except in case of an established administrative error.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details when submitting forms (contact, volunteer, donation) and to keep your communication channels active so we can respond to queries or confirmations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any personal credentials used to access services related to the Site.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, probing, or attempting unauthorised access to our systems.
• Misuse of our name, documents, receipts, or identity for personal or commercial gain.
• Impersonating Foundation personnel or misrepresenting affiliation.
